ReisGoud does not enter into a consumer or travel contract with visitors. If a dispute concerning our own service should arise, we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a German consumer arbitration body. For complaints about a booking, use the complaints procedure of the contracting party shown on your confirmation.
The former European ODR platform for online disputes was discontinued on 20 July 2025. ReisGoud therefore no longer links to that platform.

Role of ReisGoud
ReisGoud is an editorial travel and referral platform, not a tour operator or travel agency. We do not enter into package travel contracts with visitors, accept payments or access booking files. Before payment, the external booking environment identifies the intermediary and the tour operator delivering the trip.
