What data do we process and why?
Website visits and security
The hosting environment may process your IP address, time, requested URL, referring page, browser and device data and technical error information. This is necessary to deliver the website, limit abuse and investigate failures. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and available website.
ReisGoud is technically hosted through netcup GmbH. For email we use een nog te configureren e-mailprovider. Deze leveranciers verwerken alleen de gegevens die nodig zijn om hun technische dienst aan ReisGoud te leveren.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address and message to reply. Depending on your request, this is done for pre-contractual steps or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Do not send booking or payment data that ReisGoud does not need.
Destination suggestions and package results
When you type three or more characters in the destination field, your browser requests live suggestions from the external comparison service. The search term, your IP address and standard technical request data are sent to that service. When you submit the form, we load the external results and booking environment with your destination, airports, dates, duration and party composition. Enter personal data there only after reading the external provider’s privacy information.
Advertising links for airport parking
Marked parking links run through Awin. When opened, our publisher code, selected placement, your IP address and technical click data are sent to Awin and then the provider. Awin and the provider process this data under their own terms to attribute the click and any booking. An Awin link is shown only after the relevant partner programme has approved ReisGoud. For the approved Parken und Fliegen DE programme, Awin specifies a 30-day attribution period. A click may therefore be used to attribute a later eligible booking to ReisGoud. This does not mean that all technical data involved is retained for exactly 30 days; Awin’s and the external provider’s retention periods apply.

Cookies and external services
Google Analytics after consent
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you have consented through the cookie banner. Until you consent, or if you decline, we do not load gtag.js or send Analytics measurements to Google.
If you consent, Analytics storage may be used to measure page visits, package-search starts and marked partner-link clicks. Advertising storage, advertising use, personalisation and Google signals remain disabled even then. We do not send destinations, travel dates or personal data as our own analytics events.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google generally uses the cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id>, with a default maximum lifetime of two years. Your consent or refusal is stored in your browser’s local storage without an automatic expiry so the banner does not return on every visit. You can change your choice at any time through ‘Privacy settings’. If you withdraw consent, new Analytics measurements stop and we remove accessible Google Analytics cookies from ReisGoud.

The package comparison loads directly when you open the search page. The external comparison service may use its own cookies or similar technologies for operation, security and possible attribution of a partner transaction.
Use of CHECK24 comparison modules
On the package holiday pages we embed the package comparison module. That module is operated and provided by TARIF CHECK24 GmbH, Zollstraße 11b, 21465 Wentorf, Germany. For data processing inside the module and the booking that follows, CHECK24 is the data controller, not ReisGoud.
When you open such a page, your browser connects directly to CHECK24's servers. Technical data, such as your IP address, is transmitted to CHECK24 so the module can be displayed on your device. Booking and data processing for the concluded contract take place exclusively through CHECK24. Further information is available in the CHECK24 privacy statement and in the terms and privacy provisions of the comparison module.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be received by our hosting and email providers and, when you use the comparison or an advertising link, by CHECK24, Awin or the selected parking or travel provider. If a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on a valid GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long do we retain data?
We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, follow-up questions or legal obligations. Technical logs are deleted under the hosting environment’s security and retention periods. ReisGoud does not receive a complete booking file or payment details through partner programmes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hoi@reisgoud.nl. We kunnen om aanvullende informatie vragen om je identiteit te controleren.
Ben je niet tevreden over de afhandeling, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij onze bevoegde Duitse toezichthouder: de Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde van onze Duitse deelstaat. Je mag ook contact opnemen met de toezichthouder in je eigen EU-lidstaat.
No automated decision-making by ReisGoud
ReisGoud does not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. The external comparison and booking environment may use its own sorting and recommendation logic; consult that provider’s explanation.
Changes
We update this statement when features, suppliers or processing purposes change. The date above shows the latest substantive update.
