1. Scope
These terms apply to ReisGoud.nl and its editorial information, search starting points, comparisons and external links. ReisGoud does not provide a user account and does not itself sell a holiday, parking space, insurance, payment product, energy contract or other service.
2. Information and referral website
ReisGoud is an editorial information and referral platform. We help visitors understand options and open an external comparison or provider. Using ReisGoud does not create a booking, brokerage or travel contract with ReisGoud.
Any contract is concluded solely with the party identified as the contracting party in the external booking or application environment. That party determines the price, availability, product specifications, payment, performance, changes and cancellation.
3. Check live information
We prepare our own guidance with reasonable care, but offers, prices, timetables, eligibility rules and terms can change. Before applying or booking, always check the live information, total price and terms with the external provider and, where relevant, the competent official body.
4. Commercial links
Some links are marked advertising or affiliate links. ReisGoud may receive commission when an external provider confirms an eligible transaction. ReisGoud does not send the visitor a separate bill for this. Our affiliate disclosure explains how these links and the networks involved work.
The package holiday comparison module is operated by TARIF CHECK24 GmbH, Zollstraße 11b, 21465 Wentorf, Germany. Its own terms and privacy provisions apply to that module (German language).
5. Partner discounts and external terms
A marked partner link may automatically apply an available discount. ReisGoud does not promise a fixed discount percentage and does not issue its own discount code. The live search and external provider determine whether a benefit applies, its amount and the associated conditions.
The Parken und Fliegen environment is mainly in German. The total price, included services, contracting party and change and cancellation terms shown by the external provider before payment are always authoritative.
6. Permitted use
You may use ReisGoud for personal and normal business research and link to public pages. Without prior written permission, you may not scrape the website at scale, bypass security measures, disrupt its operation or republish ReisGoud content as your own database, brand or service.
7. Intellectual property
ReisGoud's own text, design, name and marks are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Statutory exceptions, including quotation rights, remain unaffected. Third-party marks and material remain the property of their respective owners.
8. External websites
When you open an external environment, that party's information, terms and privacy rules apply. ReisGoud does not control that environment. Report an incorrect, misleading or broken link to hoi@reisgoud.nl.
9. Liability
ReisGoud has unlimited liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and whenever liability cannot legally be restricted. For ordinary negligence, ReisGoud is liable only for breach of an essential obligation and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this website. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may amend these terms when the website, partnerships or law changes. The date above shows the latest substantive update. German law applies to the extent that a choice of law is permitted. This does not restrict mandatory consumer protection or the courts with statutory jurisdiction in the visitor's country of residence.
